PVG Applications now done via COMET

Additional Signatories

Use the following email address to send applications for GF PVG – grassrootspvg@scottish-football.com
No new applications should go to any previous email addresses; these will be deleted with no reply.
Additional Signatories will receive a second email tonight with the new GF PVG form attached.
The new form is based on the previous SYFA form
This is to be used for all applications, if the form that is used does not include the new logo, it must not be used.
The application will be returned by email if the applicant has not completed the necessary steps on MyComet to match the form.
