Check Fixture Document Daily

Team coaches are reminded that many changes can be made to the fixture schedule due to call offs etc and you should not assume that the fixture that appears on the website will change immediately. Changes will be made to the document carrying the fixture schedule and this document should be checked, regularly, possibly even daily, to ensure no changes have been made to opponents, venues and referees.
The Match Secretary has already made several changes to the fixtures; mainly because of referee call offs but there has also been a pull out by one of the teams, resulting in a fixture change in the 16s League B (2007s age group).
Remember, the home team should contact their opponents and referee at least 48 hours prior to kick-off and communication updates should occur.
